Seb is a former army reserve officer who now works as an executive and team coach, helping leadership teams improve their performance. Research has shown that team coaching can significantly help teams become more effective, with benefits for the wider organisation and Seb believes strongly that no matter how well individuals perform, they are highly unlikely to reach their full potential unless the team in which they’re situated is also performing to its full potential. He has extensive experience working with multinational leadership teams across different organisations and is currently finalising his own Doctoral thesis on team coaching.
